• Michael has over 20 years of commercial real estate and tenant representation experience.

 

• He is currently the CEO of The Stone Group and a founding partner in Kontane Integration.

 

• The Stone Group is a commercial real estate services firm which manages multiple real estate portfolios for mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies nationwide. Kontane Integration is a supply chain management and logistics company in McAllen, TX which services original equipment manufacturing companies across the border of Mexico as well as worldwide.

 

• Michael has successfully managed and conducted over 1,520 commercial real estate transactions across the United States while generating revenue in the millions.

 

• Michael has extensive project management expertise and has successfully built an asset management and leasing company, and redeveloped industrial facilities.

 

• For the past fifteen years, he has focused on the acquisition and development of industrial real estate, office, retail, land acquisition of investment grade opportunities.

 

• Michael has played a key role in relocating and integrating Original Equipment Manufacturing Companies (OEMs) and their suppliers into Mexico and all along the Texas/Mexico border.

 

• He has developed integrated cost modeling and evaluation tools to assist companies in their industrial relocations.

 

• Michael has developed and maintained strong government relationships on the Texas border as well as deep into Mexico.
